Where the hell does time go?

The site has been up for just over a month now and seems to be gathering some momentum. There are 32 members registered on the site, a number of which are regularly posting comments and on some rare occassion making some posts in the forum!

My intention for the site is to have Top 50 games logged in the games section of the site for all the main retro systems all the way up to the PS1 - this will include screens, a video and a gallery for each game. Work is currently underway to complete the Spectrum, Arcade and C64 entries. I have just got confirmation of two additional staff members who will be responsible for the Megadrive and PS1 entries.

In parallel, I will be uploading all the content from Issue 0,1 and 2 of the Retro Fusion magazines and also where appropraite content that appeared on my Gaming Verdict site.

I also have a lot arcade cabinet contruction tips and tricks and galleries of previous cabinets that I would like to share with visitors as well.

Then there is the new content. I have had a number of forum members stepping forward to help. I just need these individuals to now deliver some fine content that can be read by all.

Philip Oliver of Blitz Games and Dizzy fame is a big fan of the site already and has given me 10 Blitz 20th Anniversary mugs to give out as prizes. These mugs are blinking fantastic and if you don't believe me check out the video on the site. Watch this space for some competitions in the near future to win these fantastic mugs!

Well that is it for now - keep on visiting, keep on posting and if possible promote the site where possible. Retro Fusion is here to stay, and I can honestly say that I am really excited about the future of the site.

Chris
Retro Fusion Site Editor.
