Re: Would You Watch Retro Films At The Cinema

The cinema here next week is showing Back To The Future every night for 1 week.  With my student card I will get in for £4.  Even though I have seen it a million times, am tempted to go lol  Even though I do think the 2nd 1 is the best

I would definitely go and see Retro films at the cinema....so long as they didn't cost as much as usual.....Paying 7 quid to see something I've probably got at home wouldn't be a good idea for an unemployed bum like me....

 Let's Go, Mr Driver!

The cinema that was showing BTTF shows other retro films.  I think I might start going to watch them since I dont go to the cinema to watch new films

I have done. There was a Alfred Hitchcock season at a cinema in London when I lived there and I went to a few. Vertigo is one that particularly stuck in my head as being great, I would like to have seen Psycho but for some reason I missed that or they didn't have it.

The cinema here is showing Casablanca (1942) This Sunday afternoon and next thursday at 6.30pm. Its £7.60 a ticket.  Mmmm, Not sure if I would pay that much for a ticket to watch this film.
