I will always class Sensible Golf as a Christmas game, over the Christmas hols (when I was younger) mum and stepdad would visit his family in Scotland for a few days. I would stay at home and have mates around for drinking and gaming - at least 3 class Christmas drunken gaming occasions on the old Sensi Golf.
Sensible Golf was quite good for what it was. I used to play it quite a bit at uni, i was shite mind. but still gave it a bash.
Xmas game is Geoff Crammonds Grand Prix.. Me and Me bro used to fire that up and play a full race with a shed load of tinnys from about 15 onwards as a precursor to afternoon drunkenness. Was quite superb
I remember getting Star Wars for the Atari ST one Christmas. I had sold all my Speccy stuff at the beginning of December and bought the ST but had no games for it. I had to wait until like 4am Christmas morning before steaking down stairs to get the game from under the tree and then play it all night.
