Hello one and all,
I followed a link after chris added me on twitter and found myself here... Now i'm thinking to myself... a site full of likeminded retro gamers? Great articles about people with the same memories as me? Have i died and gone to heaven?
Ok, so i'm waxing lyrical but it does look a great site (even though i can't post here from my ipad for some reason). I'm looking forward to reading through the articles and getting to know you all.
History for me: I began my gaming career on the humble rubber-keyed spectrum 48K way back in 1984. Many a long hour spent on classics like Chucky Egg, Black Hawk, Atic-Atac and many other mole related shenanigans. Since then I have been lucky enough to have had love affairs with most of the classic computers and consoles. I only wish there were enough hours in the day that i didnt have to choose between gaming on the ipad, the xbox and my collection of retro... Apparently the mortgage is more important, but i'm not convinced!
