Short, true story:

I was at the Eurogamer Expo yesterday and whilst in the Retro area I decided to play a bit of Chuckie Egg on a BBC B micro. Whilst playing intently a guy walked up behind me and said in a knowing fashion "Cool, Manic Miner!".
I could but shake my head.
