LOOKS LIKE ATARI 2600S KEEP THEIR VALUE!
£$£$£$£$£$£$£$£$£

A few years ago I acquired a boxed Atari 2600 and some games from someone I worked with. They knew I liked my retro, they had this system gathering dust in the attic - so they handed it over to me.

I must confess for the last 3 years the system has been gathering dust in my very own attic, so it was time to give it a quick play and then sell on.

To my surprise I was paid £110 for the goods you see in the picture below. So my question, are Atari's known for keeping their value?

Looks sweet.  You've got the inserts, the box, it's a 2600 Woody plus you have some good games in that mix.  Having said that, £110 is a nice sale value!  I paid £30 for my boxed Woody alone about 10 years ago!  So yeah it seems Atari 2600s do keep their value to a great extent!!

You probably broke about even at £110. The system is easily worth £30 boxed and a few of the games are £5 plus easy. 1 or 2 reaching the dizzying heights of £10+
