The announcements that Duke Nukem Forever is finally going to get a release is a pretty cool retro news story even though it's an announcement for a future game some 18 months away.
I remember fondly looking at the screens some 13 years ago for this game, then more screens, some years later and then a video and now even more screens more recently.
And now an announcement has been made that this game is "under new management" and will see the light of day.
How can this game ever live up to the hype and expectation of the gaming public?
Well at least Gearbox are behind it now, and they have released some pretty special games on the current gen consoles - so I look forward to the demo! I really cannot get more excited than that about this game.
