I love this video - it's been on Youtube some time now and gives me goosebumps everytime I watch it as it defines nostalgia for me.
I met Matthew Smith back in 2004 at CGEUK in London. I just didn't know what to say to him - I was star struck. The guy is a legend - and this video is a great tribute to him.
Fantastic video - feel a bit sorry for him really.
He's from an era where you didn't necessarily make a fortune (though he kinda did and spent it all) but you influenced lots of people who went on to make far more money than you did. That sort of injustice rankles!
