Okay, I know I keep banging on about the new Tron film, but it's not very often that I get to climb into bed with Disney. I'm not a fan of the sickly saccharine juvenile tosh they usually turn out, but Tron: Legacy looks to have some serious balls.
The new trailer just went out to the nerd-tastic crowds at this year's Comic-Com (oh all right - I admit I'm just jealous) and lends quite a lot more detail to the previously vague storyline. It would appear that the antagonist of the original film has been replaced by some form of ee-vee-ill, twisted software copy of Flynn himself, who mysteriously went missing when his son was just a lad. Now he's grown up, it's up to Flynn's son Sam to get into the game grid and save us all.
A keen eye can spot Tron's human counterpart in the trailer (Bruce Boxleitner), so let's hope he makes it into the mainframe same as Flynn does. Also, Olivia Wilde is sporting the best looking pixels I've ever seen, so if you weren't excited before, check this out. Set your faces to stun!
