Just a quickie.
While browsing the App Store (a compulsive disorder Apple has managed to brainwash me into doing every 30 minutes) it came to light that the recent pocket remake of Sid Meier's Civilization is going free on the iPhone for a few short days. Civilization Revolution takes you from the dawn of man to the current day, and pits you against history's greatest leaders as you attempt to grow your loose collective of humans into a towering, powerful society.
The iPhone adaptation has garnered a lot of fans since its release at the end of last year, but if the £5 price tag originally put you off, now's the perfect opportunity to check out the pocjet revamp of the 1991 16-bit strategy sensation. Click here to wage war on history.
